Pricing

Pay per CV scored. Nothing else.

No subscription, no per-seat fees. Buy credits in packs; one credit scores one CV against a job.

What a credit covers
  • One credit is used each time a CV is successfully scored against a job.
  • Failed attempts and scores reused from an identical CV are free.
  • Rescoring all applicants after a job change uses a credit per applicant; you choose whether to rescore.
  • Out of credits? Applications are still accepted and scored once credits are added.
  • Credits you buy never expire.
  • Turn on auto-refill to buy a pack automatically when credits run low, with an optional monthly limit.
Questions
Is there a subscription?

No. You buy credit packs when you need them and only pay for CVs that get scored. Your whole team shares one balance.

Do you charge for users or jobs?

No. Invite as many teammates and publish as many jobs as you like. Only scoring a CV uses a credit.

What happens when we run out of credits?

Nothing is lost. Applicants can still apply; their CVs wait and are scored automatically, oldest first, as soon as you buy credits.

How do payments and VAT work?

Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record, who charges VAT where it applies and sends your receipt and invoice. Prices are shown excluding VAT.

What does closed beta mean for us?

Cohort works today and we're onboarding organisations gradually so we can help each one set up. Create an organisation now, or join the waitlist and we'll be in touch.

Who makes the hiring decision?

You do. Cohort scores and explains each CV against your requirements; a person at your organisation makes every decision. Applicants see a clear privacy notice before uploading.
